MARIA LEGAYADA
Maria Legayada began singing and performing at the age of five. She began her piano studies at the age of six and receives first class honour certificates with the Royal Conservatory of Music throughout her formative years. She enjoys performing and teaching voice in a variety of genres including classical, pop and R&B. She has performed in musicals, benefit concerts, weddings and other special events. She has achieved a certificate in Basic Musicianship, a diploma in Performing Arts from Douglas College and a Bachelor of Education Degree with a concentration in voice and a Bachelor of Education Degree from UBC. She has studied voice with Erica Northcott, Eric Hannan, Helen Lee and Marisa Gaetanne.

MIKE RAMOS
Mike is a fun, energetic versatile Drummer, who is the driving force behind Electric Ballroom. Mike has been playing the Drums since the age of fifteen and has studied with the great Cuban Master Gilbertonn Moreaux Soto. He has played with many original & cover bands over the years such as Make U Move, Optimus Grind, Reggaelution, Brother Below, Jason Jr Hoover, Musika, and Automatic. He plays all styles of music such as R&B, Funk, Soul, Latin, Hip Hop, Reggae, Rock, Blues, Country and Jazz. But his specialties are, Cuban, Latin Jazz and Salsa. Mike has worked hard to bring together a talented bunch of musicians, keen to make an impact and whom harmonize well both lyrically and socially. Mike's main focus is for everyone to enjoy themselves.

PETER YANO
Pete Yano was Born in Toronto and started playing guitar at age 12. He brings a relaxed and easy going vibe to the band and is the quiet assassin. Pete has an incredible musical ear and is the reason we have such fat backing vocals in the band. He can jump on a harmony in a second. Pete's career spans over 15 years and he has played with local bands Black Water, Protege and OS5. He loves playing the funky dance stuff with Electric Ballroom.

GRAHAM CLARK
Graham graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance with Distinction. Equally at home on both electric and upright bass, Graham plays with a wide variety of bands throughout the Lower Mainland. Some of his favourites include Electric Ballroom, Soul Assembly, The Ticket and The Phonix. Graham has also appeared onstage with the Flora Scott Trio, Ben Lockwood Trio, Ben Henriques Trio and The Kamloops Symphony Orchestra.
